At a time when most businesses are going the automated, non-personal route, Stateline goes the extra mile to make your buying experience a pleasant and efficient one.  We have 9 convenient locations, each with a friendly and knowledgeable branch manager to serve you.  And we have no time-consuming voice mail to wade through.  At each branch, you are welcomed by a person who knows both you and your needs (if you are buying there regularly), and are offered free coffee or sodas while your order is being filled.  If you are unsure of exactly what you need, your branch manager will offer a number of suggestions to solve your problem.  When you buy at Stateline, you get the best branch managers who care about you.

Design and Technical Support

If you need help designing an irrigation or lighting job, have questions about an installation, have problems making a product work correctly, we have an on-staff technical support person, Beth O’Brien, at our Tyngsboro (978-649-4444) location who you can call on at any time for help.  Beth was a contractor for Lees Landscaping for 20 years before joining Stateline.  She is an IA Certified Irrigation Designer, and has a great deal of practical, hands on experience.  No question is too minor, and she will be glad to help you with any and all problems.

Same Day Delivery

If you like the option of having your product delivered to you, just place your order with Stateline’s main branch (978-649-4444) before 9:00 a.m., and we will have it to you that day.  We offer FREE delivery or UPS on any order over $1500 net; under that amount the delivery charge is $15.00.  To reduce delivery/shipping errors, all orders are triple-checked.

Efficient Billing

Stateline wants to make sure your bills are as accurate as possible.  To that end, packing slips are reentered in the office and are checked, and any obvious errors are corrected.  If you should find an error or have any questions about your statement, just call the main branch (978-649-4444), and you will talk to a real person who will immediately resolve your problem or answer your question.
